The Residence
Welcome to your mountainside retreat in Taluswood's exclusive Bluffs neighbourhood, with mountain views, comfortable living spaces and ski-in/ski-out access to Whistler Mountain. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect for families, couples and small groups looking for a peaceful alpine getaway.
Step through the front door into a warm, tiled mudroom with a ski-boot dryer. Hooks, shelves and a bench make it easy to gear up before heading to the mountain or peel off layers after a day on the slopes. Heated floors in the mudroom and bathrooms add a welcome touch of comfort in the colder months.
Enjoy convenient single-level living throughout the home, with only two steps down after entering. Apart from those two steps, the interior is all on one level. The open-concept kitchen, dining and living area features two comfortable couches, including a Queen pull-out sofa, facing a gas fireplace and a 65-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and HDMI ports. A portable AC unit is provided in the living room from May 1 to November 1. Sliding doors lead to the covered balcony, with a four-burner BBQ, outdoor dining space and views of the surrounding mountains.
The chef's kitchen is fully stocked for longer stays: full-size fridge with bottom freezer; five-burner electric range, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher; Nespresso Original machine and drip coffee machine; high-end cookware, chef's knives, spice rack, baking basics and ample glassware. A solid wood dining table comfortably seats six indoors.
Portable, whisper-quiet AC units keep the living room cool from May 1 to November 1. Thanks to the home's layout and Whistler's cooler evenings, the entire unit, including the bedrooms, tends to stay comfortable throughout the day and night, even during warmer summer months. Bathrooms feature in-floor heating, with efficient baseboard heaters throughout the rest of the home. High-speed Wi-Fi is included for remote work, streaming and staying connected.
After a day on Whistler Mountain, relax in the shared outdoor hot tub while looking toward the snow-capped Coast Mountains. The hot tub is a shared amenity within the Bluffs complex rather than a private hot tub inside the unit. The covered balcony also provides a wonderful outdoor space with BBQ, dining and mountain scenery.
Location & Ski Access
One of the biggest highlights of this home is its ski-in/ski-out location on Whistler Mountain. From the property, it is a short walk to the ski access bridge connecting to the legendary Dave Murray Downhill, part of Whistler's 2010 Winter Olympic alpine skiing venue. Click into your skis and enjoy a downhill ski directly to the Creekside Gondola in just a few minutes. At the end of the day, follow Dave Murray Downhill back to the ski access point and enjoy a short walk home.
Unlike many ski-in/ski-out properties that rely on narrow trails through the trees, the Bluffs neighbourhood provides access from one of Whistler Mountain's major ski runs, with grooming and snowmaking infrastructure. Ski access depends on sufficient snow coverage and mountain operations, particularly early and late in the season. The Dave Murray Downhill is officially black-rated, making this access best suited to confident intermediate and advanced skiers.
Taluswood is one of Whistler's most desirable mountainside neighbourhoods, set above Creekside in a peaceful alpine setting surrounded by forest and mountain views. Creekside Village is only a short drive away and offers the Creekside Gondola, restaurants, cafés, grocery shopping, ski rentals and other essentials. Whistler Village is also easily accessible by car or taxi. In summer, the area provides easy access to hiking, biking and nearby lakes, while the elevated setting offers a more relaxed residential atmosphere away from the busiest parts of the resort.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, including the mudroom with ski-boot dryer, living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry and private covered balcony with BBQ and mountain views.
Your stay also includes two guaranteed underground parking spots, additional outdoor parking directly outside the building, secure ski and bike storage, and shared access to the outdoor hot tub within the Bluffs complex.
The unit includes two guaranteed underground parking spaces, with a maximum garage clearance of 6 feet 8 inches. In addition to the underground parking, there are plenty of outdoor parking spaces directly outside the unit that guests are welcome to use throughout both winter and summer. This is a great bonus for groups travelling with several vehicles or anyone bringing an overheight vehicle that cannot fit in the underground garage.
Secure ski and bike storage is available, making it easy to keep mountain equipment organized throughout your stay.
A full-size front-load washer and dryer are tucked in a hallway closet, with detergent, an iron and drying rack provided. We stock eco-friendly toiletries, basic cleaning supplies, spare bath and hot-tub towels, and starter packs of coffee, tea and condiments so you can settle in before your first grocery run.
The outdoor hot tub is a shared amenity within the Bluffs complex rather than a private hot tub inside the unit.
Ski access depends on snow conditions and mountain operations. While conditions are typically excellent during the heart of winter, ski access cannot be guaranteed, particularly early or late in the season.
