The Residence
Welcome to your mountainside retreat in the exclusive Taluswood neighbourhood, where mountain views, comfortable living spaces and ski-in/ski-out access come together. This spacious 3-bedroom penthouse is ideal for families and groups, with an open-concept living area, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and convenient access to the Dave Murray Downhill.
The main floor features the open-concept kitchen, dining and living area, along with the Queen bedroom and bunk room. The living room includes a Queen pull-out sofa, gas fireplace and Smart TV. Sliding doors open to the covered balcony, where you can enjoy the mountain air, BBQ, outdoor dining space and views of the surrounding mountains.
The chef's kitchen is fully stocked for longer stays: full-size fridge and freezer; electric range, oven, microwave and dishwasher; Nespresso Original machine and drip coffee machine; high-end cookware, chef's knives, spice rack, baking basics and ample glassware. The dining area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather after a day on the mountain.
Bathrooms feature in-floor heating, with efficient baseboard heating throughout the rest of the home. High-speed Wi-Fi is included for remote work, streaming and staying connected during your stay.
The outdoor hot tub is a shared amenity within the Bluffs complex rather than a private hot tub inside the unit. It looks toward the surrounding Coast Mountains and is a wonderful place to unwind after skiing or enjoy the mountain atmosphere under the stars. Hot tub towels are provided in the home.
Location & Ski Access
One of the best features of this property is its ski-in/ski-out location on Whistler Mountain. From the home, it is an easy, mostly flat 2 to 3-minute walk (about 75 metres) across a small road to the ski access bridge. Click into your skis and enjoy a downhill ski directly to the Creekside Gondola in about 3 to 4 minutes. At the end of the day, follow the famous Dave Murray Downhill back to the access bridge, just a short walk from home.
Unlike many ski-in/ski-out properties that rely on narrow trails through the trees, this location provides access directly from one of Whistler Mountain's major ski runs, with grooming and snowmaking infrastructure. Ski access depends on sufficient snow coverage and mountain operations, particularly early and late in the season. The Dave Murray Downhill is officially black-rated, so this access is best suited to confident intermediate and advanced skiers.
Taluswood is one of Whistler's most desirable mountainside neighbourhoods, set above Creekside in a peaceful alpine setting surrounded by forest and mountain views. Creekside Village is only a short drive away and offers the Creekside Gondola, restaurants, cafés, grocery shopping, ski rentals and other essentials. Whistler Village is also easily accessible by car or taxi. In summer, the area provides easy access to hiking, biking and nearby lakes, while the elevated setting offers a more relaxed residential atmosphere away from the busiest parts of the resort.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, including the living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry and private covered balcony with BBQ and mountain views.
Your stay also includes access to shared amenities within the Bluffs complex: the outdoor hot tub, secure ski and bike storage in the underground garage and a communal bike wash area near the garage entrance in summer.
Two underground parking stalls are included. Additional outdoor parking is available subject to availability.

The unit includes two guaranteed underground parking spaces, with a maximum garage clearance of 6 feet 8 inches. In addition to the underground stalls, there are plenty of outdoor parking spaces directly outside the unit that guests are welcome to use throughout both winter and summer. This is a great bonus for groups travelling with several vehicles or anyone bringing an overheight vehicle that cannot fit in the underground garage.
Secure gear storage in the underground garage provides space for ski, snowboard and bike equipment. During summer, guests can also use the communal bike wash-down area near the garage entrance.
A full-size washer and dryer are provided along with detergent, an iron and drying rack. We stock eco-friendly toiletries, basic cleaning supplies, spare bath and hot-tub towels, and starter supplies of coffee, tea and condiments so you can settle in before your first grocery run.
There is one short flight of stairs to enter the unit. Once inside, the main living areas and two bedrooms are on the main level, with the Primary King suite located upstairs. It is manageable for most guests, but we like to be upfront so there are no surprises for anyone with mobility limitations. The benefit is that the home sits slightly elevated, providing beautiful scenic views over Whistler Village and the surrounding mountains.
As with all ski-in/ski-out properties in Whistler, access depends on snow conditions and mountain operations. While conditions are typically excellent during the heart of winter, ski access cannot be guaranteed, particularly early or late in the season. Dave Murray Downhill is officially rated as a black run, although certain sections can feel more like intermediate terrain when groomed.
The outdoor hot tub is a shared amenity available to guests staying within the Bluffs complex. It is not a private hot tub and is not located inside the unit or on the private balcony. Guests will need to leave the unit to access it.
Whistler Village and Creekside Village are not within comfortable walking distance. We recommend having a vehicle or using taxis for restaurants, shopping and evening activities.
